As a Sales and Therapy Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in our mission to restore health and improve quality of life through cutting-edge device and management solutions for Structural Heart disease.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Expertise:
Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and therapies.
Attend and support cases in healthcare accounts.
Collaborate with physicians, assistants, and hospital education staff to address clinical questions related to our products.
Sales Performance:
Achieve sales targets and increase market share in key centers.
Provide input to enhance overall state performance.
Implement sales force effectiveness initiatives, including strategic territory management and technical/clinical support.
Relationship Building:
Develop strong relationships with key customer groups.
Utilize customer networks to drive business growth.
Participate in business discussions with the Regional Manager.
Product Support:
Assist with product marketing and launches.
Prepare and maintain equipment for wet labs and training.
Provide technical support information for public tenders and customer service.
Ethical Approach:
Demonstrate sound ethical character.
Prioritize customer needs and solutions.
Qualifications:
University degree as a Perfusionist or similar.
Experience in structural heart, or cardiovascular field preferred.
Proficiency in written and verbal English, with Italian fluency.
Customer-focused and service-minded.
Team-oriented problem solver.
