Base compensation between 36K and 60K + variable compensation between 100K and 250K

Responsibilities

Lionard is looking for Executive Manager to strengthen the Sales Department in the existing offices.

Required: Licensed to practice as a real estate agent

(Applicants not possessing the Licensing will not be considered)

The resource will actively contribute to the company's expansion plan which has the goal of tripling company sales within a five-year period and specifically, will manage the following activities:

  • Monitor the work of the team of professionals in the Sales Department according to company standards and according to defined KPIs;
  • Directly Manage Clients, business relationships and related negotiations;
  • Support the team of Sales Department professionals in higher strategic value negotiations;
  • Help develop and enhance the sales skills of the team;
  • Encourage and motivate the Team to develop a valuable business relationship with Customers;
  • Strategically plan daily activities according to buyers' needs;
  • Develop sales policy in line with company strategies;
  • Ensure the achievement of sales targets set by Management.

Requirements

  • Prior experience of at least 3-5 years in the role in structured real estate contexts, where team management and coordination responsibilities have been gained;
  • Passion and interest in developing new skills in the luxury real estate sector;
  • Strong sense of initiative, strong commercial spirit and customer orientation;
  • Analytical approach, attention to detail, organizational skills and problem solving;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility and willingness to change;
  • Licensed as a real estate agent;
  • English language at Professional level;
  • Bachelor's degree in business and/or law preferred.
