Sales Team Assistant

The position should function as a link between sales and operations to better manage the flow of information and provide efficient systems updates and service to the business.

• Order entry
• Order maintenance
• Provide accounts with Linelists, Templates, photodeck, and market updates during market to allow timely order receipts.

• Process global changes in ACS once finalized (style #, colour codes, price).
• Send Order Acknowledgement to all accounts each season and resolve discrepancies.
• Chase POs from accounts and update in ACS on orders to ensure order releasing.
• Process cutbacks in ACS once seasonal cuts have been finalized under the direction of sales teams.

• Monitor the status of orders (Unconfirmed) soliciting teams to provide actions to the Status change.
• Produce shipping reports regularly and monitor Cancel dates and coordinate with Sales to adjust accordingly.
• Send shipping reports to Agents regularly.
• Coordinate actions with Logistics (Bleckmann) to resolve potential shipping/delivery issues in a timely manner.
• RTV log update monitoring respecting the requested timeline.
• Reorders log to keep updated.
• Assist international accounts in providing all needed documents and support customer service in coordination with AEs.

The ideal candidate will need to meet the following requirements:

• Economics or humanistics degree.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
• Very good organizational and analytical skills, proactiveness, and a team working attitude.
