Sales Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products within Motion Business Area, in line with the division strategy.Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.The work model for the role is: #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the Motors & Generators Division in Friuli-Venezia Giulia Area.You’ll be responsible for sales in the assigned area.Main stakeholders are Oem’s, Distributors, End Users.You will be mainly accountable for:•Ensuring efficient sales & marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers related to the Motors portfolio: Low voltage motors, Medium voltage motors and Nema motors.•Manage sales target volumes, product & solutions mix.•Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market, developing also news customers.•Ensure your customers an unforgettable professional experience Analyze different customers’ needs to offer them a customized solution•Communicating to the customers about details related to ABB’s offering and strategy.
