The resource, ideally based in Florence, will manage Tuscany and provide business development consumption in the territory through the optimization of the distribution network of regional depots, management and development of active customers.
Responsibilities
Has responsibility for the development of demand and product sales in the area of responsibility for products in the Consumption line. Takes care of the training of the salespeople of the depots in his/her area, plans with the main depots the introduction of new products, supports the distributors' salespeople in promoting the products and strengthening their technical skills. Regularly visits key professionals in the area in order to introduce Dentsply Sirona workflows. Collaborates with dealers in defining promotional activities and organizing clinical education and co-marketing events. Implements the sales policy defined by the Company in terms of sales plans and promotional actions; identifies dental dealer development opportunities, overseeing their implementation in the relevant market. Maintains a strong relationship with dealers, introduces all Dentsply Sirona products and programs, promptly intervening in case of problems. Constantly collects and analyzes sales data and information from the market about competition, trends, and needs/desires of end customers and dealers, maintaining constant communication with Management and all business functions involved (Customer Services, Marketing, Technical Support, Credit). Collaborates in organizing and participates in major regional and/or National conferences and events (trade shows). Drafts periodic and timely reports.
