Sales & Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to help expand our reach, grow our brand, and drive success in the competitive tourism market. If you're passionate about Italian culture and have a strategic marketing mindset, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth with international clients.
2. Develop and lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and performance management.
3. Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategies.
4. Build and maintain relationships with travel agents/advisors, local hotels, distributors, partners, influencers, and media.
5. Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns.
6. Manage the company’s online presence, including the website, social media channels, and email marketing efforts.
7. Collaborate with product development and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction.
8. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
9. Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably with at least 1 year of experience in tourism.
2. Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing techniques.
3. Solid experience with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluent in English (native or advanced level) and Italian professional proficiency.
6. Creative, strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
