Your role:

The Warehouse Solutions Sales Manager will be part of the Southern Europe Sales Team and will support the business in Italy. This role will make an important contribution to our sales success by growing our existing accounts as well as generating new business.

As a Sales Manager, your focus is to build and develop strong relationships with our customers to ensure that solutions and proposals are developed to meet the customer's needs and offer the best value-add solution and service.

The Sales Manager's job is to support our existing and new customers by managing internal teams focused on Design Options, Solution Development, Proposal generation, and Pricing. You will also be in charge of business development to acquire new customers and build collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow relationships with key customers in Italy.

  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams on smaller projects or services, ensuring clear scope, accurate pricing, and program timelines that meet customer expectations.

  • Be part of the team that leads contractual negotiations with customers.

  • Deliver presentations to the customer, including pricing and how the proposed system or service will operate to meet their business requirements.

  • Implement Business Development strategy.

  • Foster strong and collaborative working relationships with all departments both in Southern Europe and globally.

  • Keep CRM up to date.

  • Inspire and guide the team to complete deliverables safely, on time, to budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Manage the bid process and the correct internal processes.

Experience:

Professional level of English and Italian.

Strong experience in the Warehouse Industry. Technical Studies are a plus.
