We are seeking aSales Manager – Business Transformation Management to drive cloud revenue growth and customer success in the Italian market. This role is responsible for managing a team, developing customer-centric strategies, and positioning SAP’s cloud solutions to meet enterprise customer challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process transformation, cloud solutions, and enterprise sales.
Location of the role is Milan, hybrid.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer-Centric Strategy: Develop strategic plans aligned with customer business goals, manage executive relationships, and position SAP solutions to deliver value.
Revenue Growth: Expand SAP solutions footprint through renewals, retention, and expansion, ensuring pipeline management and smooth sales handover to implementation partners.
Cloud Adoption & Consumption: Guide customers through cloud transformation, articulate the value of cloud migration, and maximize customer lifetime value.
Team Leadership & Collaboration: Manage and develop a team, ensuring alignment with SAP account teams and partners while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Customer Engagement & Strategy Review: Continuously assess and adjust strategies to ensure the positioning and delivery of value.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
10+ years proven experience in enterprise software sales, business process transformation, and cloud solutions.
Managerial experience, including team leadership, performance management, and talent development.
Strong expertise in complex sales cycles and customer relationship management.
Ability to build strategic partnerships with key decision-makers.
Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.
Extensive knowledge of the Italian enterprise software market.
