Sales Director Continental Europe

Within the European region, the Sales Director is accountable for driving Synergy’s success and growth ambitions with our key customers in the allocated territory.

The corresponding Sales team will report directly to this position.

The Sales Director leads and executes our operational sales plans for the allocated territory, focusing on efficiencies and EBITDA. In addition, he/she will also develop and drive the execution of our expansion plans as defined and outlined in our 3-year strategic roadmap.

As an active member of the sales leadership team, the Sales Director ensures we embed a high-performing team culture and live our core values.
