Job Description
The Sales Country GM, reporting directly to the Owners, will be responsible for the following tasks:
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate preferably has an Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Automation with 10+ years of experience in the field, with a proven track record in the sale of complex industrial goods.
A solid understanding of the Italian Industrial Market, combined with previous after-sales management experience within a structured international organisation, is highly preferred.
A genuine people-oriented approach, both for internal and external stakeholders, is a key requirement mixed with a performance-driven mindset and strong analytical skills.
The new manager needs to be capable of gaining on-the-field trust from the bottom up, having an engaging approach, empowering existing talents, and attracting new ones.
Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.
