YOUR TASKS
Administrate the customer contracts for different brands and different countries
Check accuracy of Customer Invoices and advise payments
Data Management in ERP system SAP/VISTEX
Be the first point of contact for the sales force for Rebate management
Prepare analysis and evaluations to support the international Sales Department
Strong collaboration with internal departments e.g. Controlling/Accounting/Customer Service
YOUR PROFILE
2-3 years working experience in a similar position, especially Administration/Accounting
Autonomous, structured and well organized
Very good Excel knowledge
High ability to deal with facts and figures
Fluent in English and Italian, German is a plus
