As Sales Associate, you are the visible face of HUGO BOSS and with your customer and service-oriented attitude, you know how to offer our customers the best service.

For our store BOSS inside Agira Outlet, we are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic part-time Sales Associates who are motivated to contribute and convey the values of our Brand on a daily basis. The role involves performing all activities related to the sale of clothing and accessories, passionately living the company values and building customer loyalty for a positive, concrete, and engaging shopping experience.

Main activities:

1. Customer reception
2. Customer counseling and assisted sales by providing excellent levels of service while complying with all company standards, policies, and procedures
3. Cashiering: sales, opening, and closing
4. Contributing to the achievement of team performance goals and individual KPIs
5. Merchandising (store replenishment) and stocking activities
6. Daily implementation of company processes and guidelines conveyed through the Store Operations Manual and training courses delivered online on the company portal
7. Detail-oriented

Minimum Requirements:

1. Sales orientation
2. Flexibility
3. Interpersonal skills
4. Experience in Retail of at least 1 or 2 years
5. Excellent knowledge of the English language
