The Team

The store team collectively strives to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for customers. Each member contributes uniquely to the team's success, ensuring that the store remains a destination for customers seeking quality products and outstanding service.

The Position

Reporting directly to the Area Manager, the Sales Associate will be responsible for being a Brand Ambassador, accompanying and building customer loyalty throughout the sales process. We are looking for someone for September and October.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the relationship with an international customer base, providing details about PVH Italia's product and values
• Use effective sales techniques to achieve set goals
• Promote the corporate culture and image as a Brand Ambassador
• Contribute to creating a professional and motivating work climate
• Assist in maintaining Visual Merchandising standards
• Check stock on the sales floor, replacing it when necessary

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in retail settings
• Dynamism and strong operational and organizational skills
• Excellent standing and polished presence
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Willingness to work shifts, especially on weekends
