Meet individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative, including those related to CRM initiatives.
Deliver excellence in operations: aftersales, VM, inventories, etc.
How will you experience success with us?
Have previous experience at the highest levels of luxury in retail, hospitality, or events.
Be confident, organized, efficient, with great attention to detail, result and action-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Be a supportive team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Have a solid understanding of the retail world, including selling ceremony, KPIs, and competitors.
Be fluent in English and Italian; additional languages will be a plus.
