Sales Assistant Part Time - 20h

The company is present in 100 countries with over 400 single-brand shops situated on the most prestigious international shopping streets, a distribution network with over a thousand official points of sales and important growing channels such as travel retail and e-commerce. We are looking for a competitive Sales Assistant for our corner in "Rinascente" to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Sales assistant duties include selling, restocking, and merchandising. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintain outstanding corner condition and visual merchandising standards
• Maintain a fully stocked corner
• Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs
• Welcome and greet customers
• Manage point-of-sale processes
• Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments
• Keep up to date with product information
• Accurately describe product features and benefits
• Follow all company policies and procedures

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in retail sales
• Fluency in spoken English is essential
• Good standing
• Organized and accurate
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Additional languages beneficial
• A passion for the industry and brand is appreciated
