For its team based in Rome, Younited is looking for a Risk & Data Analyst.

The selected professional will join the Risk & Pricing team, specifically integrating into the strategic Risk area. This area is crucial for managing and optimizing the risk performance of Younited's credit portfolio.

The Risk & Data Analyst will operate under the direct supervision of the Risk & Pricing Manager, actively contributing to risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

The Risk & Data Analyst will play a central role in the following activities:

1. Data-Driven Risk Monitoring: Oversee comprehensive monitoring and analysis of risk KPIs across all product lines, transforming complex data into strategic insights that drive proactive risk management.
2. Policy Development and Optimization: Innovate and refine risk and fraud policies, focusing on emerging areas such as Instant Credit and new Credit Bureau services, to strengthen decision-making integrity and operational efficiency.
3. Strategic Collaboration and Business Growth: Partner with cross-functional teams, both locally and with Paris-based central risk, to support high-impact initiatives, including Open Banking and Pay product launches, ensuring risk management excellence aligns with business growth.

What we are looking for:

Education and Knowledge:

1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering
2. Knowledge of the banking/financial sector
3. Excellent knowledge of the Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
4. Excellent knowledge of the English language
5. Nice to have: knowledge of PowerBI and Python

Soft Skills:

1. Proactivity in supporting strategic initiatives and ability to actively contribute to continuous improvement.
2. High competence in data analysis and strong orientation towards solving complex problems.
3. Time management skills and the ability to prioritize activities in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
4. Effective communication skills, both in teamwork and in interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience:

1. At least 2 years of experience in the banking/financial sector

Contract and RAL will be evaluated during the interview phase according to the experience and needs of each candidate.
