Salary: $75,000 – $90,000+ (up to $110,000 for highly experienced candidates) + Annual Bonus

Our client in the electrical power systems industry is seeking a Remote Technical Sales Representative to join their team in the Indiana, Michigan, & NW Ohio territory. In this role, you will combine your technical expertise and sales acumen to promote high-integrity electrical power systems to new and existing clients. You will identify client needs, recommend tailored solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This position involves educating engineers, end-users, and distributors on product applications while building strong, long-term relationships. Responsibilities

1. Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach and networking
2. Develop and execute strategies to convert prospects into customers
3. Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical training for clients
4. Collaborate with engineers and distributors to address client challenges
5. Maintain and grow relationships with key stakeholders in the territory
6. Review project specifications and provide recommendations to meet requirements
7. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and marketing materials
8. Travel within the territory to meet with clients and attend training sessions

Qualifications

1. 2+ years of technical sales experience required
2. Knowledge of electrical power systems required
3. Understanding of AC and DC power and basic principles required
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic Excel required
5. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly required
