REMOTE Director of Operations (RCM Healthcare Billing exp. req.) Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end healthcare billing operations
• Develop and implement process improvements that drive productivity and cost savings
• Partner with executive leadership to define and execute long-term strategic goals
• Manage and mentor a team of 8-10 employees
• Set clear performance expectations and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Champion customer satisfaction and client retention through streamlined processes
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to optimize the revenue cycle
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, implementing automation and technology solutions
• Standardize and document best practices to scale operations effectively

REMOTE Director of Operations (RCM Healthcare Billing exp. req.) Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of leadership experience in RCM healthcare billing required
• Experience working for a company of under 100 employees required
• Expertise in process improvement, automation, and technology optimization required
