Line manager: Regional operations manager

Job purpose: To support clinics on medical related projects

Responsibilities:

1. Develop Medical efficiency in Operations: Operational/medical excellence project lead (often in collaboration with regional operations partner)
2. Support AniCura WoW
3. Medical excellence projects
4. Revenue erosion lead for the region
5. Medical Standards of current treatment, best practice sharing
6. Implement Medical initiatives in the region:
7. Support introduction and maintenance of QualiCura in clinics
8. APSIS: introduction & follow-up
9. Quality initiatives (e.g., quality improvement in strategic areas like lab, nutrition)
10. Master data management for the region
11. Provide Advisory to clinics around quality and medical excellence
12. Customer interaction best practices:
13. NPS review and follow-up
14. Support young vets, training medical basics, intervention, coaching with complaints
15. Support difficult customer interactions; Escalated complaints mgmt. support, in collaboration with practice managers, regional manager, admin partner
16. Support clinics in various client matters; patient safety, processes etc.
17. Follow-up clinic development: quality/medical practices/patient safety
18. Do quality review of clinics when needed
19. Set clinic plan to improve quality and patient safety
20. Partner with P&O for veterinary contribution to strategic people initiatives:
21. Contribute to associate introduction & onboarding (medical/quality content)
22. Linking associates to the right learning opportunities
23. Attend Local Congresses when needed
24. Support Talent acquisition

Context and Scope:

Works in a clinic and travel to other clinics (4 days / week).

Education & Professional Qualification:

Veterinarian

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

Project management, Results oriented, Capacity to embark teams, clinical experience, strong communication skills, knowledge of Italian language is mandatory, good knowledge of English language required

Practice managers, Vets and Nurses in clinics, Regional Leadership teams; regional operations partner, regional admin partner, regional P&O partner, regional business controller.
