What You’ll Do:

• Own the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, interviewing, and placing finance professionals in top-tier companies.
• Grow and develop your desk – leverage Antal’s network while building new client relationships.
• Work in a high-volume, fast-moving market – placing candidates in newly qualified and mid-senior finance roles.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team – work alongside specialists in Sales & Marketing, Engineering, and Operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of recruitment experience (preferably in Accountancy & Finance or professional services).
• A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ambition to grow within a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
