The Real Estate Analyst will deal with:

• Analyze and study the real estate market based on defined KPIs;
• Profile luxury properties according to technical and commercial features, also for comparative analysis;
• Manage all the process aspects aimed at acquiring a sales mandate;
• Produce analytical reports.

The selection for the Real Estate Analyst figure must therefore be placed within a recruitment process with which the company’s identifying the managers called to manage the next national and international expansion process of the brand.

The candidate will have to demonstrate a strong interest in the real estate market, as well as ambition to undertake a commercial path oriented to luxury properties sale. The requirements are as follows:

• Degree in economic and financial disciplines with a degree grade of not less than 100/110;
• Excellent written and oral knowledge of Italian and English (or another second language);
• Good commercial, negotiation and communication skills;
• Familiarity with main IT software;
• Proactivity, flexibility, analytical skills and good executive autonomy;
• Integrity and reliability.

Knowledge of the dynamics of real estate and luxury markets will be considered a plus during the application evaluation.
