Job Description
Role Summary
Main Tasks
First escalation level for plant/site specific purchasing topics;
Execution of MNIT Purchasing activities for PM and NPM, as well as Trading Goods Commodity for WFS in alignment with local management and global purchasing manager of WFS;
Execute RFQs and price estimations in customer or market projects;
Negotiations & agreements about purchase price and supplier contracts;
Execution for material cost optimizations;
Supporting supplier cost and quality development activities;
Ensuring application of PU-methods, tools, procedures and reporting;
Archiving of documents in Easy Contract and/or SAP.
Your Profile
Education: University degree or other relevant education in Business Administration, Business Engineering or related fields.
Experience: Purchasing and/or Commodity Management Experience in a global enterprise setting. 2 years of experience in Project Management, Project Purchasing.
Required Skills: IT and ERP-knowledge (e.g. MS-Office, SAP or similar).
Languages: Fluent English language skills, further language skills would be advantageous.
