As a Pump Valves System Service Engineer, you will be responsible for activities contributing to the design and development of products, solutions, and systems. These include activities linked to technical improvement of existing products and components.

As a Pump Valves System Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Providing technical support to internal and external customers.
• Performing feasibility studies to foster changes, modifications, and upgrades.
• Supporting Baker Hughes and authorized service shops while maintaining and overhauling PVS equipment.
• Performing RCA on specific site issues and closely working with requisition team to support the continuous improvement process.
• Communicating across direct organization. Presenting to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical space and on cross-functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.
• Connecting the dots across technologies and developing cross-technology solutions.
• Working on cross-functional projects/teams to deliver technology solutions for the business.
• Communicating across the function in area of expertise.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Service Engineering.
• Have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Can influence others and lead small teams.
• Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
• Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
• Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Have strong problem-solving skills.
• Be fluent in English and Italian.
• Any other language would be a plus.
