We are looking for a PROPERTY SALES MANAGER (M/F) for NH COLLECTION MILANO PRESIDENT soon to be rebranded TIVOLI Hotels & Resorts.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Property Sales Manager (M/F), you will report hierarchically to the Hotel General Manager and functionally to the Director of Sales in Italy.

Main responsibilities are:

  1. Understand the business strategy, positioning of the brand and the Minor Hotels group and effectively publicize this positioning in the market, projecting a professional image to maintain and improve the reputation of the brand;
  2. Develop business opportunities with a strong focus on international markets, Latin America, Middle East and Asia Pacific;
  3. Putting into practice a multi-segment strategy that allows the optimization of results at different times of the year and positions the hotel within the luxury segment;
  4. Stay up-to-date on rates and all hotel product and service offers;
  5. Conduct regular market analyses in order to monitor competition and industry trends;
  6. Carry out the correct monitoring, follow-up and management of the group segment on the property, ensuring the correct positioning, follow-up and follow-up of inspection visits, whenever necessary;
  7. Participate in the elaboration of the hotel's budget in terms of revenue;
  8. Understand the importance and priority of the Hotel's financial results and direct commercial efforts towards their fulfillment planning and prioritizing work to achieve goals and deadlines;
  9. Support the development of contacts with new customers and monitor their potential revenue;
  10. Commit to your professional development, including the constant acquisition and improvement of knowledge in the financial, negotiation and sales areas, necessary for an effective performance of functions;
  11. Carry out effective cost control, complying with internal procedures for approving expenses;
  12. Actively participate in promotional and commercial trips, inspection visits, roadshows, community events and sector meetings in order for Hotel to achieve the expected commercial results;
  13. Establish an effective connection with the hotel's operational teams, Front Office, Reservations and Events, providing support and information necessary to ensure compliance with all services and products sold to customers;
  14. Generate upsell and cross-sell opportunities for Minor Hotels products with customers;
  15. Make business and commercial presentations, internally and externally, and be able to adapt them to the public/client;
  16. Perform any other role-related duties as assigned.

WE LOOK FOR CANDIDATES WITH:
  1. Professional experience in the sales area of at least 3 years and knowledge of the Luxury travel segment;
  2. Strong network and knowledge within the international luxury markets with a focus in Latin America, Middle East and Asia Pacific;
  3. Strong leadership skills and Excellent interpersonal skills;
  4. Positive attitude, even in situations of stress and pressure;
  5. Strong organizational capabilities, flexibility, adaptability and professional secrecy;
  6. Focus on results, customer orientation, analytical and creative skills;
  7. Good Communication/Persuasion and Negotiation Skills;
  8. Availability to travel nationally and internationally;
  9. Excellent ability to create and maintain a customer base;
  10. Knowledge of Italian, English (fluent in terms of speaking);
  11. Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office, Internet, Database and specific applications for the commercial area, PMS and IT, Budget Management and Financial Management software.
