Project Specialist-Motion OEM Hub

This position reports to

Project Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate assigned aspects of a project. Each day, you will support in managing and executing the project by completing work packages as assigned. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project planning techniques on ongoing projects and driving the updating process. This role is contributing to the Motion Business Area in Italy. Main stakeholders are customers, sales, product managers, and other internal functions. You will be mainly accountable for:

1. Management of customization projects according to customer requirements
2. Drafting of technical specifications of Motors
3. Preparing materials and assisting in project reviews
4. Taking ownership of the maintenance and adherence to the billing plan milestones
5. Controlling documentation accuracy and consistency based on tasks assigned and procedures agreed with the customer

Qualifications for the role

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in Mechanical design with CAD
• You are passionate about Motors and Industrial applications
• You are at ease communicating in Italian and English
