International company working in the Renewable Energy Sector is looking for a Project Manager.

Description

The Project Manager is responsible for a portfolio of renewable PV & BESS projects to bring them to RtB.

Main Activities:

1. Provide support in the origination phase;
2. Management of assigned pipeline of Renewable, agri-PV & BESS Projects;
3. Detect, analyse and mitigate risks of the projects;
4. Management of the permitting until reaching RtB status;
5. Maintain and consolidate existing relationships with co-developers, administration, suppliers, investors, and stakeholders involved in the project;
6. Project planning, budget definition, and monitoring;
7. Preparation of internal reports and reports for clients;
8. Management of Renewable Energy projects, focused on future tenders, in all variants of project management;
9. Manage relationships with the Administration, suppliers, customers, and other relevant stakeholders;
10. Provide support to the environment, business, and land departments in their tasks;
11. Coordination of the technical studies required to comply with the different authorisations to build. Search for possible local alliances to support development;
12. Support to the company's departments dedicated to Storage and Renewable Gases.

Profile

The ideal Project Manager:

1. Has a minimum experience of 3 or 4 years as Permitting Project Manager;
2. Is used to interacting with MASE, Regioni, comuni, and Terna. Having authorised projects - AU and/or PAUR and PAS is a plus.
