Job Summary/Role description

Reporting to the Operation manager of the Green Power and Assets Business Unit, the Project Manager is responsible for the execution of the assigned projects. He/She coordinates all the activities of the project and is responsible for the overall results in terms of profit and loss, safety, schedule, and quality. He/She manages the project team to achieve the project goals and represents the company towards the Client.

The Project Manager must have experience in solar/wind plants. BESS plant experience is considered a preferential skill.

Key Activities & Responsibilities

1. Guarantee the execution of the assigned project, from the design phase to procurement, construction, and commissioning, and further through the period of warranty until final acceptance.
2. Ensure respect of the terms of contract and management of risks, including insurance and financial aspects, in line with the previously determined targets, deadlines for execution, and required quality and safety levels.
3. Manage contract variations and claims with Clients, Partners, and Construction Subcontractors.
4. Ensure the relationship with the Clients and Partners during the execution of contracts, to guarantee efficient fulfillment of the assigned project and obtain Customer Satisfaction.

Personal Attributes:

1. Experience from 1 to 4 years in Green Energy plants with knowledge of typical solar, wind, and BESS project peculiarities.
2. Preferably a degree in Electrical Engineering.
3. Knowledge in construction works and capability of managing/instructing the Site Team, addressing high-level issues.
4. Fluent in English speaking and writing.
5. Teamworking and effective communication.
6. Availability to travel for short periods in Italy and abroad.
7. In case of necessities for solving some Site critical issues, availability for missions at Site of max 1 month, if necessary.
8. Adaptability, entrepreneurship, and working with method.
