The Company

Multinational pharmaceutical company is searching for a:

Project Manager & Dossier Submission

The candidate will:

• Be responsible for overall project planning/execution/risk mitigation and process management.
• Periodically report project contents to the Project Leader to ensure timely updates on project progress.
• Plan project activities and resources based on Project Leader’s strategy to ensure that project objectives are delivered on time and with appropriate quality standards.
• Set up appropriate monitoring KPIs (e.g., tracking and reporting on critical milestones, decision logging/consistent documentation).
• Support extended functional teams in the preparation of functional plans that reflect the integrated project plan.
• Develop, maintain, and update a cross-functional integrated project plan based on the project strategy agreed with the Project Leader.
• Ensure key project documentation is regularly updated at each gate and in case of a significant change in project scope, timeline, budget, or quality.
• Manage key project documents and ensure continuous updates in line with project progress.
• Collaborate with Project Leader and NDD management to constantly improve project management processes.
• Communicate project progress within the NDD department, providing monthly project status reports and tracking overall spending/resources requirements in collaboration with R&D controller.
• Provide input to the definition, development, and control of annual R&D Budget for the assigned projects in collaboration with the R&D controller.
• Encourage the creation of a favorable working environment within project team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in a Life Science.
• First-hand experience on registrations & submission with EMA/FDA (MANDATORY).
• Project management capabilities, including PMP certification.
• Full understanding of drug/chemical development value chain and commercialization.
• Good Technical IT skills i.e., Microsoft project skills.
• Full Proficiency in English language.
