Project Manager – C&I Projects

Leap29 is supporting a prominent international company specialising in the design, development, construction, and maintenance of Solar PV and Energy Efficiency projects. With a strong presence across Europe, the Americas, and Africa, our client oversees the full project lifecycle. We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the construction of new Commercial & Industrial (C&I) photovoltaic systems, both rooftop and ground-mounted, ensuring full contractual compliance. A background in photovoltaic, EPC, or electrical systems is essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee technical and financial aspects of assigned projects, ensuring quality standards, budget, and timelines are met.
2. Coordinate internal resources and manage subcontractors for each project.
3. Supervise project phases, including design, permitting, material procurement, and construction.
4. Act as the main point of contact for clients and handle project documentation.
5. Collaborate with other departments: Safety, Quality, Environment, Engineering, Purchasing, and Administration.

Requirements:

1. Experience with photovoltaic, EPC, or electrical systems.
2. 1-3 years of experience as a Project Manager in similar fields.
3. Degree in engineering or related field.
4. Willingness to travel as needed for projects.
5. Proficiency in English.
