Project Manager

Job Description:

1. Responsible for high quality implementation of regional projects, effective project planning and control, project dispute settlement, and profit realization.
2. Responsible for the budget and Charter preparation of regional projects, and lead the settlement of contract disputes.
3. Develop and integrate market resources including construction resources, trade resources, and others. Manage subcontractors, establish and consolidate cooperative relationships, and provide support for project construction.
4. Maintain customer relationships, understand customer needs, continuously improve customer satisfaction, and enhance team service awareness.
5. Establish a project risk management matrix to control project risks, and take systematic and effective measures to avoid project implementation risks.
6. Regional personnel planning and capacity improvement: According to the business strategy and target planning, formulate human resource planning, lead the improvement of regional personnel capacity, spread the company's core values and vision, and create a positive organizational atmosphere.

8. Compliance management: Through in-depth understanding of regional policies, laws, and systems, combined with the requirements of the company and the country where it is located, formulate and implement compliance systems and standards, effectively manage the comprehensive business, personnel, and suppliers in the region under its jurisdiction, and strengthen legalization and standardization.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree and above; Electronic major is a plus.
2. More than 8 years of working experience in wind energy construction or a similar industry.
3. Familiarity with electricity, hydraulic power, and wind turbines.
4. Frequent travel is required, and staying on-site during the execution stage may be necessary.
5. Deep understanding of construction management processes, means, and methods.
6. Maintain high standards of ethical conduct, honesty, and integrity.
