Project Manager

TMC’s Project Management team is growing! Are you willing to manage interesting projects in sectors like Aerospace, Automation or Automotive? Then this is the chance for you.

As a Project Manager, you will own key-client projects and key-strategic initiatives, identifying solution domains, solving problems, and ensuring execution excellence. You will work closely with internal and external partners, PMO members, technicians/engineers, product leaders, and developers on a wide range of issues, understand concepts, find solutions, and design and implement key components.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, motivated, and professional Project Manager, who is looking for new challenges in an exciting work environment located in Italy but operating internationally.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Perform the role of Project Manager for a medium-large size complex project.
• Report and update project director and PMO.
• Guide the functional and technical teams and help in maintaining the solution vision and design principles.
• Handle all client communications and relationships with various teams at different levels.
• Work with the client to prioritize and schedule enhancement releases. Provide advice on the product roadmap and enhancement selection.
• Monitor and guide the development team.
• Prepare all documents necessary for the follow-up of project activities (reports, invoicing, planning, and management of information, etc.).
• Close the job, achieving targeted milestone completion, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage modifications for the projects under execution.

What do we expect from you?

• You have an M.Sc. in Engineering or related areas.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in managing medium-large projects.
• Prepare monthly reports, financials, and lead status and steering committee meetings.
• Very good knowledge/experience in planning.
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office and MS Projects.
• Electronics or aerospace background is a plus.
• PMP or other Project Management certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
• Very good interfaces and communication skills (extensive interfaces with partners and client-company back offices).
