Job Purpose:

The Project Director reports into the General Manager, Italy and manages consulting projects end to end, responsible (on a matrix basis) for the project team including field staff.

Job Description:

The Project Director is responsible for the overall governance of specific EPCI project initiatives, characterized by a high degree of business risk in terms of financial, organizational, technological, and contractual complexities. Projects tend to be for global Pharmaceutical organisations focused on their Italian operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Manage consulting projects from inception to completion.
2. Oversee project teams and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
3. Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
4. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
5. Identify and mitigate project risks.
