Project Director - Luxury Hospitality Project

He / She will coordinate all aspects of the development process for assigned projects, from the acquisition of new land, design and development, to the construction of all infrastructure and buildings.

A leader in the high-income real estate sector with significant operations in hospitality and real estate development.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of the development process for assigned projects, from the acquisition of new land, design and development, to the construction of all infrastructure and buildings.
• Develop, implement, and communicate overall Company Development strategy that maximizes the return on investment for the company.
• Coordinate with all functions to formulate strategy and requirements.
• Manage development site analysis, assessment/feasibility including review of relevant site documents, meeting with various public entities, and conducting periodic site and neighborhood visitations.
• Meet with consultants and attorneys regarding zoning possibilities and limitations, review studies and diagrams, and confirm basic configurations.
• Establish and implement the project's development business plan.
• Formulate and finalize the Final Development Brief for the project, and if required, for each stage, in line with the project business plan.
• Maintain focus throughout project development and execution on the financial parameters of the project (both quantum and quality of returns) to ensure targets are achieved or exceeded.
• Manage consultant appointments, design development, design, costing, programming, staging, approvals, and delivery of the infrastructure and remediation aspects of the project.
• Manage the works within the scope contemplated within the Master Plan, Commercial Assessment, and budget.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: MBA, ideally with international exposure.
• Experience: 3+ years of consulting experience (MBB) and 3+ years of experience in real estate development (also acceptable is RE finance, asset management, or construction).
• Ideally has worked on luxury hospitality projects.
• Mindset: open-minded, curious, bias towards action, excellent at solving problems, and a willingness to embrace new opportunities.
• Skills: fluently bilingual; excellent financial modeling skills.
