What you’ll do:
- You will be part of the Gaming e Cross Area Interaction Design Team.
- You will work alongside Business Owners, Project Managers, Functional Analysts, Developers and with other Experience Design Team members (other designers, researchers, service designers, analysts etc.) to ensure effective collaboration and engagement of all Experience design teams.
- You will be responsible for planning and monitoring projects of the whole Experience Design area, defining clear project plans established in collaboration with all teams, monitoring their progress, identifying possible risks and sharing possible mitigation strategies with managers.
- You will organise project kickoffs within the Experience Design area and maintain the shared planning board.
- You will monitor and support the teams in the accounting of hours worked.
- You will support the teams in the management of transversal projects affecting several teams within the Experience design area in order to have consistent and shared planning that can be exported to the project boards with the other company functions.
- You will be the project reference point for Demand and IT by participating in the project SAL, keeping Interaction design teams aligned and involving them when necessary.
- You will ensure that the teams have the tools and resources they need to do their job properly (e.g. access to test environments, utilities, etc.).
Who you are:
- You have at least 5/8 years of experience in a structured/international context as consultancy firm or big companies (i.e. Telco, Media, Bank, Utilities) as PM/PMO/Demand with focus on Digital/Online complex projects, projects planning/governance, management of medium/high complexity of suppliers and stakeholders, working with design and IT teams.
- You have a degree in Engineering, Economics, Management.
- You have excellent knowledge of project management and governance, planning and budgeting process, stakeholders management.
- You are proactive and organized, with ability to estimate and plan your activities according to the priorities of the projects you follow.
- You have experience of Agile methodology.
- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
- You’re passionate, empathetic and a team player. Attentive to details, autonomous, precise and have an analytical approach.
Preferrably, you also have:
- Experience with Data and Analytics.
- Basic knowledge of frontend/cms development logics and functional analyst or technical analyst.
