PROGRAMMABLE TECH SUPPORT - HVAC

The Programmable Tech Support - HVAC is responsible for providing technical support, customization, and implementation of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) solutions tailored to meet specific customer needs. This role requires a combination of advanced technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of HVAC systems and control software.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the sales team to analyze customers' technical requirements and propose customized HVAC solutions. Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including system parameterization, application analysis, and component selection.
2. Participate in the configuration and optimization of HVAC systems on-site, ensuring optimal performance.
3. Support troubleshooting of technical issues both remotely and locally, and oversee the installation and commissioning of systems.
4. Collaborate with the R&D and Product Management teams to enhance the company's technical offerings.
5. Deliver technical training to customers, OEMs, partners, and internal staff on the use and maintenance of HVAC systems.

Requirements

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related fields.
2. 2-5 years of experience in a technical role related to HVAC systems (parameterization, installation, or technical support).
3. Strong knowledge of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics principles applied to HVAC systems.
4. Familiarity with industrial programming software (e.g., ISaGRAF) and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HVAC simulation software.
5. Excellent proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
6. Experience with electronic controls and HVAC applications (PLC, BMS) and communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet).
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Excellent communication skills, teamwork attitude, customer focus, and attention to detail.
9. Flexibility, adaptability to international contexts, and willingness to travel abroad.
10. Passion and dedication to the role.

Tipo di assunzione: primo contratto a tempo determinato con possibilità di assunzione diretta con l'azienda.

Retribuzione: commisurata alle competenze professionali maturate dal candidato.
