Production Operator Packaging (m/f)

Bayer HealthCare Manufacturing is looking for a Production Operator to join the Packaging function at the Garbagnate Milanese (MI) facility.

YOUR ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Management of the various phases involved in the packaging process: cleaning machines, handling materials, loading materials into machines, compiling processing protocols, conducting quality checks during processing, identifying materials;
2. Monitoring quality by independently performing checks on production during the process;
3. Compiling documentation related to the product and the plant for the relevant areas.

YOUR PROFILE:

1. High school diploma;
2. Previous experience in pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetic production, particularly in machine management, will be considered a preferential criterion;
3. The main characteristics we are looking for are: flexibility, collaboration, and dynamism;
4. The selected candidate must also be precise, willing to learn, and able to work in a team;
5. Availability to work in 3 shifts; in case of necessity, on a continuous cycle;
6. Residence in Lombardy;
7. Knowledge of English and native Italian language.

A fixed-term contract of 6 months is offered.
