Production Manager

For a large multinational Company, leader in its sector, we are looking for the

PRODUCTION MANAGER

for one of its main manufacturing sites.

The selected candidate will manage and lead the production process, driving all the manufacturing activities while assuring the respect of budget, timing and quality and all the EHS requirements.

He/she will support the company management with manufacturing evaluations, and will promote and implement all the initiatives relative to Continuous Improvement, Opex and Optimization of process efficiency.

He/she will supervise a team of direct reports (including the Maintenance function) and will have responsibility to coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure that production and quality of products meet specifications.

Specific skills for the position:

1. Significant experience (10+ years) in a Production management role
2. University Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical)
3. Leadership and determination
4. Proven ability in driving and motivating his/her team
5. Strong analytic and problem solving skills, on complex processes
6. A good organizer, with an entrepreneurial spirit and an innovation-oriented approach
7. A solid experience with Opex, Lean/Six Sigma, WCM, TPM
8. Fluency in English.

The position is based in Puglia.
