Product & Packaging Designer

Open Position: Product & Packaging Designer

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Product & Packaging Designer.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Marketing department and the Product Development team, following all stages of the product lifecycle: from concept, sourcing, and graphics, to pricing construction and the technical realization of packaging.

Responsibilities:

• Ideation and graphic development of new products (visuals, graphics, communication elements)
• Technical design of primary and secondary packaging (structure, materials, die-cuts)
• Construction of product pricing during the development phase
• Preparation of mockups and internal/external presentations
• Collaboration with suppliers and production departments for packaging industrialization
• Support to the marketing team for graphic adaptations of promotional materials

Required Skills:

• Excellent command of major graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Experience in technical packaging design (materials, finishes, printing processes)
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and priorities
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
• Knowledge of 3D software is a plus (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, KeyShot, etc.)

Requirements:

• Degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the toy industry, consumer goods, retail, or packaging design (FMCG or related sectors)
• Good command of the English language

Location: Modena (hybrid or on-site)

Contract: Fixed-term contract with a view to permanent employment
