Your role in the Team

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing and will report to the Divisional Marketing Manager to drive our new product launches across Europe, South Africa, and Emerging Markets and will be based in Milan.

This role is temporary; we offer a fixed-term contract for [insert duration] months.

What you’ll do

1. Develop and document product marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of our financial products.
2. Gather market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
4. Brief and manage the creation of compelling marketing materials, including content, advertising material, and customer communication.
5. Brief campaign requirements to our digital marketing team, including paid media, social media, CRM, etc.
6. Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in trading and financial markets.

What you’ll need for this role

1. About [insert number] years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the financial services industry
2. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field
3. Good understanding of trading and financial markets
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills
5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms

7. Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

1. Experience with AI tools and Workfront
2. Familiarity with Salesforce
3. Proficiency with digital marketing tools, web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and product design techniques
