Job Description

Come aboard our Genoa offices as a Product Experience Innovation Manager and join our dynamic Marketing & Direct Sales team. You will bring a breath of innovation and an analytical approach to the management of Costa's product. In particular, you will have a strategic impact working close to several departments to enhance Costa’s brand experience and drive revenue growth. By leveraging insights and developing innovative strategies, the role will focus on attracting and engaging both customers and prospects through unique and memorable experiences.

1. Developing and implementing innovative product strategies to enhance customer experience and drive brand differentiation.
2. Collaborating with the Product team to design and refine new services and experiences, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and market trends.
3. Aligning event production, brand storytelling, and marketing objectives to create memorable customer experiences.
4. Leading and executing product activations, delivering impactful and engaging experiences for customers and prospects.

Get things right

1. Supporting the Brand and Advertising team in crafting compelling narratives around innovative product experiences.
2. Driving cross-functional initiatives to ensure seamless execution of new product launches and enhancements.
3. Overseeing the end-to-end production of experiential marketing events, from concept development to execution, ensuring high-quality delivery and brand consistency.
4. Identifying and developing strategic partnerships to enhance the brand offering and expand market opportunities.

What makes you unique:

1. You are a creative and strategic thinker with proven experience in product experience development, ideally in the travel, hospitality, or events industries.
2. You have at least 8 years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Event Marketing Manager, or Event Producer in global companies or global event agencies.
3. You have the ability to transform customer insights into actionable marketing and product strategies.
4. You have expertise in event production, including large-scale brand activations and experiential marketing events.
5. You excel in designing and implementing engaging and memorable customer experiences.
6. You possess strong project management skills, coordinating multiple stakeholders to deliver end-to-end product experiences and initiatives.
7. You demonstrate excellent collaboration and communication skills in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
8. You approach challenges with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
9. You have a robust background in marketing, event management, or related fields.
10. You embrace diversity and communicate fluently in English.
