The Product and Proposition Manager is a visible role that spans across the full spectrum of strategic and operational activities related to growing a portfolio of services in an evolving market. This challenging role is a great opportunity to manage all aspects of a product cycle, from a creative idea until the go-to-market. You will have the possibility to team up with a variety of different professionals, including Sales, Finance, Risk, Legal, Customer Solutions, Operations, and Data Scientists, both in Italy, in Europe, and globally. It is important to have a creative mindset, be client-facing, and plan a roadmap according to a specific methodology, build viable business cases, and monitor product evolutions and scaling operations. You will continue the momentum already created in sales and service development and take it to the next level by looking to grow current and new capabilities and further improve our end-to-end client engagement model. In particular, the focus will be on AI propositions based on traditional and alternative data to produce scores and attributes to boost different insights. You will manage the go-to-market process from the original idea until the launch or will support the scaling and evolution of existing AI solutions.
The data capabilities areas are related to:
Bachelor's degree in economics, data science, statistics, or similar subjects.
4-6 years of experience in product and business management/analytics consultancy in areas such as lending, FinTech, analytics services, and credit management in financial institutions.
Appreciated experience with programming languages such as Python, SQL, R, WPS, SAS, and with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI.
Fluent in English and Italian speaking and writing. Knowledge of the French language will be an advantage.
