What you’ll do:

You will join the team of Sisal Corporate Procurement and in particular in the Sisal Italian Procurement Department reporting directly to the Procurement Manager. You will have the opportunity to be involved in the Sisal Procurement Team and execute, from analytics to delivery, supply projects according to the procurement strategy to ensure the best results in terms of cost-efficiency and quality from global to local scale. You will be responsible for coordinating and leading internal clients in the entire RFX process, contract negotiation and definition, cooperating with HR and Marketing departments. Manage and enforce procurement policies and procedures.

Who you are:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in industrial/commercial multinational companies or consultancy firms;
• You have a degree in Business Management, Engineering, financial, or commercial discipline;
• You have excellent knowledge of procurement tools covering all/some of requested areas, i.e. Vendor Rating, Vendor Management, P2P; Office Package (Excel, Word and Power Point) and Procurement processes;
• You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;
• You are a self-starter, proactive, organized, and results-oriented;
• You know how to communicate effectively and interact while working in a team.

Preferably, you also have:

• Previous experience in process design and implementation;
• Basic knowledge of SAP, MS Projects, Visual Basic, or Oracle DB as well as French.
