Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Creates concepts, either internally or in conjunction with machinery suppliers, for new processes that support the technology strategy;
• Audits equipment with machine suppliers to ensure that the new equipment meets internal and legislative Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations and standards;
• Conducts feasibility studies to verify concepts and develops specifications;
• Inputs and analyses numerical data to identify patterns and relationships that can be used to develop optimal workflows and processes;
• Uses data to identify and implement engineering methodologies that meet design intent and process performance expectations;
• Demonstrates financial awareness in Process Design and supplier selection;
• Manages project investments and on-time-delivery of various capital equipment to ensure expenditure is aligned to project plans;
• Monitors performance against deadlines and milestones; initiating corrective action as needed to support on-time-delivery, expenditure, productivity, and that quality cost targets are met;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience
• Specified Years of Industry-relevant professional experience
• Relevant certifications, system experience, and training
• Professional-Level English language skills preferred
• Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
• Value for Customers: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers’ needs and expectations. Develops solutions based on a customer centric approach.
