Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process & Cleaning Validation Specialist to join our dynamic team in the pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in validation processes, particularly in cleaning validation, and will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and manage cleaning validation protocols and reports in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that validation activities are integrated into the overall project lifecycle.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for process improvements related to cleaning and validation.
• Review and approve validation documentation, including protocols, reports, and change controls.
• Support investigations related to deviations and non-conformances, providing technical expertise and guidance.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to process and cleaning validation.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members on validation processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in process and cleaning validation within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, etc.) and industry standards (ISO, cGMP).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in validation software and tools is a plus.
