JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Asset Management Business Line of Indosuez Wealth Management is in charge of promoting to Professional and non-Professional Investors private equity and mutual funds opportunities, as well as discretionary portfolio management, in compliance with clients’ objectives, needs and risk profiles.

Reporting functionally to the Head of Private Markets Investor Relations (Europe), your mission is to actively promote and distribute Private Markets investment solutions to Italian clients of CA Indosuez Wealth (Europe). You will be able to leverage on CA Indosuez Private Markets platform and coordinate with Private Markets Investor Relations and Investment Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Actively Promote Private Markets Solutions to internal stakeholders

- Identify potential new clients and develop existing clients to further increase Indosuez Private Markets penetration within AUM of Italy Branch

- Support Private Markets local fundraising processes in accordance with internal procedure and in close coordination with Global Asset Management solution business line

- Facilitate other local Private Markets marketing efforts as requested (internal/external presentations…) to Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors, and in coordination with Asset Management in Asia

- Proactively support local clients servicing requests, ensure compliance with internal and external rules and regulations

- Provide timely support to the team in other areas of private markets IR team (e.g. operations / middle-office)

- Provide after-sale services and produce periodic reporting with high accuracy for local clients, conduct periodic Private Markets client portfolio reviews

- Undertake industry analysis and market research on private markets and provide regular market update to Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors

- Attend Private Markets Investment Committees with head office

- Assume any other tasks/projects as and when assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years of relevant Marketing Sales experience, specialized in Alternatives, Private Equity, and/or mutual funds investor relations or investment consulting roles; relevant experience specialized in Private markets will be an advantage
  • Pro-active, self-initiated, hands on with a “can do” attitude with demonstrated ability to work in a small team
  • Strong organizational, investigative & analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Highly effective communication skills and presentation skills (written and verbal)
  • Understanding and observance of control, risk and banking regulations
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Be able to foster a constructive and effective working relationship with all the stake
  • Italian: mother tongue; English: fluent
  • Knowledge of French language will be considered a strong plus
