Private Equity Analyst

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join our investment team. This individual will play a key role in evaluating new investment opportunities, supporting due diligence processes, and working with portfolio companies post-investment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct industry research and competitive analysis to support investment thesis development
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including LBO and valuation analyses
• Support the execution of investments, including due diligence, legal documentation, and deal structuring
• Prepare investment committee materials and internal presentations
• Monitor and report on portfolio company performance, including KPI tracking and strategic initiatives
• Assist in sourcing new investment opportunities through market mapping and outreach
• Collaborate with senior team members and external advisors across all phases of the investment lifecycle

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university, ideally in finance, economics, business, or a quantitative field
• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or related field preferred (exceptional new graduates considered)
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
• High level of attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a small, collaborative team environment
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
