About the Role
Job Purpose
At Bridgestone South Europe level, the Pricing Specialist will support in executing the pricing strategy and ensuring pricing consistency across different markets, channels, and products, according to marketing policy and European guidelines. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing strategies are well-implemented and aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications & Experience Required
Education, Master, other certification: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Management Engineering, or related field.
Experience (years): 2-4 years of experience in a relevant field such as pricing, sales, marketing, business planning, or finance, preferably within a multinational environment. Experience in a structured or matrix organization is a plus.
Technical/Functional Skills: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with a good understanding of digital tools.
Languages Skills: Effective communication skills in both Italian and English.
Soft/Behavioral Skills: Familiarity with market dynamics and pricing strategies. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
