We are looking for a Pricing Specialist to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting hierarchically reports to the Head of Product Marketing.

You will be responsible for preparing analyses and proposals for vehicle pricing, categorized by model and markets (including optional features), while adhering to the positioning guidelines established by Product Managers.

• Global Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies for Lamborghini's future range, aligning with business targets and market conditions.
• Final Approval Process Management: Oversee the pricing approval process at both company and Group levels, including document preparation and support for marketing teams.
• Competitive Analysis: Conduct market and model-specific competitive analysis to ensure price competitiveness and profitability.
• Current Range Maintenance: Analyse and maintain the current range price positioning by country.
• Price List Management: Manage vehicle and price list communication to regions and ensure system uploads
• Budgeting and Planning: Handle budgeting and long-term planning for the Personalization Business Turnover.
• Turnover Monitoring & Forecasting: Monitor and forecast of the Personalization Business Turnover.
• Final Approval Process Management: Oversee the pricing approval process at both company and Group levels, including document preparation and support for marketing teams.
• VW Group contact person: Serve as the main contact for the VW unit responsible for pricing.
• Business Intelligence: Release and maintain BI reports and projects related to pricing and personalization

About you

• University Degree
• At least 4-5 years of experience in Marketing, Pricing, Market analysis
• Fully proficient in English, German as a plus but not mandatory
• Relational skills
• Time and costs management.
• Process set up and management
