We are looking for an Apprentice for Automation Products, in Milan within the Digital Industries area who will be trained in 2 years as Pre-sales Technical Support.

Your Challenge
During the apprenticeship, you will receive comprehensive and state-of-the-art training to develop your personal and professional skills, and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps.
As a Pre-sales Technical Support, your main activities will be to:
- Support customers and partners during the technology implementation of automation tasks.
- Promote automation products based on the WinCC SCADA solution.
- Present the technical features of products/solutions in the presales phase.
- Assist the sales force in the technical promotion of WinCC SCADA products.
- Conduct training and technical workshops to share know-how with customers.
- Establish detailed knowledge concerning the design and automation software.
Required entry qualifications:
- You are under 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience in automation, electronics, or computer science.
- Passionate and ready to learn new topics about SCADA features.
- Ability to simplify and represent technical concepts to convey them to customers and sales teams.
- Willingness to lead presentations or workshops for customers and colleagues.
- Basic knowledge of computer technology and operating systems.
- Interest in high-level programming languages (C, JavaScript, or HTML5); basic knowledge will be considered a plus.
- Basic knowledge of drive techniques, electric motors, motion control, and PLCs will be considered a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Italian.
- A passion for continuous growth.
- Respect and appreciation for each person’s uniqueness, with a willingness to co-create and share knowledge.
