About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PR & Media Manager, who will be responsible for managing Aira's PR & Media strategy, dealing with external communication and relations with media, press, publishers, industry influencers and all other stakeholders of interest. The figure will interface daily with internal (local and Global marketing team) and external stakeholders (PR agency, external collaborators).
This role will be part of our local Marketing Team, based in Milan.
Key responsibilities
- Drive earned media coverage to deliver the business lead-generation goal;
- Lead, plan and execute Italy’s PR campaigns to raise Aira’s profile and drive leads for the business;
- Manage media relations, leveraging strong relationships with key media contacts to ensure earned media coverage and KPIs;
- Daily coordination and management of our external PR agency;
- Research, planning, execution, optimization and reporting of influencer marketing campaigns across various platforms;
- Plan, organize, and execute events including media events, product launches, consumer events, b2b fairs;
- Create and share reports and data on events and achievements;
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including the Local and Global Marketing Team and Social Media experts;
- Manage the budget for the PR communications department and ensure that resources are used effectively;
- Sharing of best practice between countries, creating a sense of community to drive the strongest overall global brand image and reputation.
About you
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in PR and event management;
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational and project management abilities;
- Ability to plan and work by objectives;
- Preferable knowledge of CRMs such as Hubspot or similar platforms;
- Proven ability to teamwork and collaborate with colleagues in the areas of product, design, sales, and development to ensure cross-functional initiatives are executed effectively.

The main work location will be our Milan office, located in the Duomo area (M1-M3); we also ask for a presence in our Lainate office at least once a week.
